Day 216: Coffee with Jenn + Momma-ness

Today I learned...
...that coffee with Jenn is good in any state, in any setting - whether it be Port Authority, NYC...coffee shops near and far...Starbucks...or at my own kitchen table.

Today I am thankful for...
...my momma being so momma-y to everyone I love. :-)

Day 202: Thoughts + Coffee & Cats

Today I learned...
...that sometimes people are thinking the same thing and being on the same page, but they don't even know it because they haven't talked about it yet! :-)

Today I am thankful for...
...morning coffee time with Jenn (ahhh that first sip!) and an improvement with the health of a good friend's kitty.

Day 138: Boogie Board + Saturday Errands

Today I learned...
...that Rick really wanted a boogie board for our trip to the beach in Maine. We got one today and he was thrilled.

Today I am thankful for...
...Saturday errands that begin with coffee and end with a job well done.

Day 111: Filler + Coffee

Today I learned...
...that some instructors want you to fill pages just for the sake of filling pages.

Today I am thankful for...
...coffee to fuel me through the writing of my last grad paper ever.

Day 75: Cry + Lunch

Today I learned...
...that a good cry can be just that: good. There is purpose in most things.

Today I am thankful for...
...lunch with my parents. They fed me, they bestowed coffee upon me, and then they sent me back to work.

Day 71: Positive Facts + Rainy Day

Today I learned...
...that positive thinking can improve your life expectancy. This morning someone mentioned that regular negative thinking can take 16 years off your life and cited a local news station as the source. I'm thinking I'll live a very long time. :-)

Today I am thankful for...
...hospice home visits that allow for Starbucks stops, refuge from torrential rain, and long in-transit discussions (including Vampire Diaries chats) with a pleasant social worker. :-)
